Our engineers are hand-picked. They hold degrees in civil engineering and master's degrees in structural engineering, and the team includes chartered engineers with CEng, FICE and MIStructE qualifications, with more than 30 years of experience between them.

How we work
Our priority is not to be the cheapest in London. We price so that each case gets proper time: the engineer looks at the whole picture, works out the cause rather than describing the symptoms, and writes a report for your building rather than reusing the last one.
We write in plain English. A report should leave you knowing what is wrong, how serious it is and what to do next, without needing an engineer to translate it.
And we stay available afterwards. Clients often have questions once they have read a report, or need something clarified for a lender, insurer or builder. That is part of the job.
Insurance
We hold professional indemnity insurance with £1 million of cover for our inspections, reports and structural design. Details of our insurer are available on request.

Gable House, 18–24 Turnham Green Terrace, Chiswick, London W4 1QP. We are open Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm. Inspections are also available at weekends.
