- Photos of the cracks or the area of concern, ideally with a ruler held against any crack.
- Your lender's valuer letter or your survey, if that is what prompted the enquiry.
- Plans or your architect's drawings for building work.

What we will ask when you book
To confirm an inspection we will ask for your billing name and address, a phone number, the property address, the number of bedrooms, whether it is a house or a flat, whether it is leasehold or freehold, the level of inspection, a short description of the issue, and the estate agent's contact details if they are arranging access.
